Well I am currently looking at doing a package project that will take Nuke to a new format (sort of). I have 5 years of experience with several versions of Nuke on personal projects.

I have been playing with Platinum for a few months and have looked into Evo.

Well after a PM discussion with Evader I desided to check out Raven. I liked what I saw but am a bit of a "installer" rather than a coder or programmer and suport means a heck of a lot to me. Especialy help from a community for a nimrod that usualy asks questions most people think are basic.

I posted to "Thinking out loud" questions. These questions were also posted on other PHP forums (some posts are a week old)

In less than 24 hrs after posting on Raven I have my answers and I do not feel like I have been talked down to. (I am still waiting on answers on the other sites forums)

I will be down loading RavenNuke here in a few minutes and loading it on my server to start playing with it. I have found the system I will be using for my projects and a community that is open to the newbies.

Thanks Evader for turning me on to Raven and thanks to all of you that responded to my threads and educated me.

(BTW the new package that I am going to be assembleing is specificly designed for race track owners to allow them to have a professional track web site. All logos and coppy rights will be left in tact and I will be making a this site brought to you by scrolling block to give thanks and credit to all programmers)

Nice to hear. Be aware that a new, improved version should be released soon - with a significantly improved installer...

wrecit, welcome to RavenPHPScripts and I am so glad that your experience has been a good one. Make sure you read the MUST READ thread at the top of the forums list. There is a ton of questions/answers already here, so make sure that you search first. Most likely you'll find what you are looking for. But, if you don't, do not hesitate to give us a shout! Smile
