I am trying to create a custom html block that will be located between the center block and the right hand block. Has anyone ever attempted that ?
Any help will be helpful

Yes. Google the PHP-Nuke How-To.
You can also create a simple HTML block in the admin panel. Just leave the filename to None and then type or paste in your HTML code into the Content box.
Thanks for your reply. I do know how to create an html block, I want the block to be between the central block and the right corner block, I believe I have to make some modifications to the theme files. I am not sure how to do that.

Oh sorry, I misread your post. Yeah it won't be easy to do anything different than the usual left, right, or center blocks in Nuke. There are mods out there that let you split a center block into 2 or 4 sub blocks however.
