I am trying to insert into my customized 7.0 nuke users table from values created in 6.8, the column count does not match i.e. there are not enough values. How do I get the extra values to populate? How can I put the square peg in a round hole? Thanks. |

I would have first upgraded the 6.8 site to 7.0 before switching to the custom distro. |

Okay i have just done a virgin install. I have a all my data and structure from the databases. How do I upgrade them. I guess I do not understand. I cannot put the data into the tables and then update it. Do I just run the scripts from the upgrade folder in order? 6-8 to 6-9, 6-9 to 7-0, etc. etc.?And then dump the data? Do the upgrades change the tables then? |

The upgrade files will often modify the database tables, run them in order. |
