What a F***ing Joke, What is he smoking crack cocaine

The cost is US$300.00 for one domain name for lifetime
- 3 sites licenses US$750 ($250/each)
- 5 sites licenses US$1,000 ($200/each)
- 10 sites licenses US$1,500 ($150/each)
- 25 sites licenses US$3,000 ($120/each)
- 50 sites licenses US$5,000 ($100/each)

Commercial License
Do you have a website and you want to get rid of all PHP-Nuke's Copyright messages?

This is a special license created due to the high volume of requests. It gives you permission from PHP-Nuke's author to remove all and any PHP-Nuke reference from your source code including the Copyright message visible in all pages generated by the system. The permission will be valid for lifetime for one (1) specific domain name.

With this license/permission/authorization you'll be contributing to the development of PHP-Nuke while you have the author's approval to remove whatever PHP-Nuke copyright's message you want and any reference to it.

After the purchase you'll receive a short email authorizing you to remove the copyrights for the domain name you specified.

How much does it cost?
The cost is US$300.00 for one domain name for lifetime (Includes *.your_domain.*)

Do you have volume discounts?
Yes. The volume prices are as follow:

- 3 sites licenses US$750 ($250/each)
- 5 sites licenses US$1,000 ($200/each)
- 10 sites licenses US$1,500 ($150/each)
- 25 sites licenses US$3,000 ($120/each)
- 50 sites licenses US$5,000 ($100/each)

How can I pay?
Because I don't want cash money for this, the payment will be made in the form of a Gift Certificate at Amazon.com

How to proceed to have the permission?
Follow these easy steps:

Go to My Wishlist at Amazon.com
Click on Buy a Gift Certificate link located just before the products list
Click on Order Gift Certificates for Friends and Family
Then select Email Gift Certificate
Follow the easy online instructions to fill the Certificate
Send the Certificate to:
Set the amount according with how many licenses you want (US$300 for a single site license, see above for prices)
Send me an email at with the domain name you want to authorize
Wait for my written authorization by email in the next few hours
Proceed to remove any PHP-Nuke reference from your site's code
What you CAN do with the Commercial License?

Remove any PHP-Nuke Copyright Messages

Remove Meta generator tag source code message

Remove Copyright messages from all pages footer

Remove copyright.php file from any module made by Francisco Burzi "only"

Remove PHP-Nuke version number from Statistics module

Remove any PHP-Nuke reference from the whole code

What you CAN'T do with the Commercial License?

You can't remove third parties modules's copyrights (for example: phpBB, Privates Messages, Members List, WebMail, Journal...)

Transfer this license to anyone

Remove the copyright in a site which domain name is different than the authorized one

Laughing - It's pathetic because you can legally remove all that anyway according to the GPL as I understand it. You just need to leave the copyrights in the code, internally. I do it out of professional courtesy but this is really pushing the envelope!

even worse he trying to make site software Commercial use.

I wish i knew how to code better, i only know a little php.

We need someone to rip nuke apart and remove all the useless modules & blocks and add stuff that is really needed and make it a community project.

Add what it really needs, for people to use it.

perhaps if he made it in .asp with some other kind of database and coded it all himself, locked the code and threw away the key,,,, naaahh thats just what we should do with FB and let Raven take over the development of PHP-Nuke.

Where is the link to FBs plans? wow ... what a way to kill a project! yikes. Maybe he needs some time off or something.

Nuke needs some re-evolution for sure. My guess, it ain't going to happen on that pricey new buyback plan.

the last one was mine, FB deleted my comment. Raven saw it and told everyone how it was removed it. It was posted here too.

it was to the point for everyone to stop kissing FB ass and i addressed him on not applying known security patches to the errors in his CMS

all the more reason to have a raven version of nuke, and completly split off from FB's stuff. Chatserv and Raven could outcode FB in a week.

Time off? From what??
Not from fixing bugs that have been part of nuke for release after release thats for sure.

Not for developing modules or other functionality that people want - when was the last time he did any market research.
