Nuke Scores 2.3 in RN 2.10

Does anyone know if this block will work with RaveNuke 2.10.00? It's an old block from 2004 that displays sportsline.com scores.

I have it installed but getting this message inside the block:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /mysite/blocks/block-Nuke_Scores_2.3.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Well I couldn't get Nuke Scores to work for me.

I made a simple module that does seem to work well.
