I've one user who is hving problems posting.

She is signed into site but when she tries to post it says she isn't logged in.

She has tried signing out/signing in again, emptying cookies and temp files and even rebooting-to no avail.

Any suggestions, please?

Since it is an isolated user, it almost assured beyond a shadow of a doubt that it is a cookie issue on their machine. Try stepping them through the process of deleting their cookies and then deleting their files again. Make sure that they don't have any other browser window(s) open as that could rewrite the bad cookie again.

Back again Embarassed The same user is getting this message too "you are trying to access a restricted area"
Would that also be caused by cookies Raven?

It sounds like no cookie at all is being written to their machine. First of all confirm that the user is actually registered and is active. Then take them through the steps of lowering their security to accept a cookie through IE. If they have Zone Alarm have them lower the security level to accept the cookie.
