Lost my forums content?

When I click on forums, it takes me there, then I click on a topic and it takes me to a blank screen. It shows the title of the topic, but once I click that to see the comments is when it goes to a blank screen.

Only registered users can see links on this board!

You might want to try nukecops analyzer script to verify all the tables are present. Even the block on the front page is bombing so it appears something other then just a theme issue here. You could also use phpmyadmin and check table the forum tables to be sure none are corrupted.

Ok, I ran the analyze and I really don't know how to decipher what information it is producing.

My viewtopic.php file was showing 0 k in size. I replaced it and it is now working. How the hell that happened, I will never know...

Ok I don't have a comprehensive list of the tables and columns either for the latest greatest.

But I assume you upgraded to the latest greatest and something went bad.

Lets assume since we don't see a mysql error its not even getting that far yet.

Which leads me to think maybe you need to delete all the forum files then reupload them. Guessing here but it sounds like something was not overwritten or hordes of users would be seeing failed upgrades too. Not forgetting the files in /includes/ directory.

Something was screwed up yesterday with my host. I couldn't even access my site (in another post I submitted) After it came back up, I was trying to remove the quick reply hack. I uploaded the script but it gave me an error. Turns out, my file space doubled in size and exceeded my allowance and it wouldn't let me upload the new viewtopic.php script which was why it showed 0 kb. My host claimed to have reinitialized my site from a back up. We can't figure out why my site doubled in size. I'm sure it was something screwed up on the host end.

What I do want to do is upgrade from 6.9 to the latest version. I tried to upgrade to 7.0 myself and screwed it up. Do you know anyone on this site that does upgrades? I just have such a hectic work schedule to be able to give it another shot. Thanks for all your help six..
