Just want to give fellow Nukers a heads up about a company operating in Australia.

I recently brought a Hard Drive from them, and found it to be defective upon installation.
So I did the logical thing and contacted them for a RMA number. My first contact with them was the 5th of March, it took 7 Days, just for them to advise me there was a problem with the Serial number of the hard drive.
From then on in I have been given the right royal run around and buck passing.
The amount of feeble minded excuses that they come up with for not being able to process a simple RMA reminds me of a 7 year old trying to cover for not handing in his homework.
In the end, I ended up contacting an office of Seagate in USA via a web link, and they passed me on to their people in Australia, who honored the warranty claim.
Once again, do not buy anything from any of the PHD Sites their after sales service is a sad and pathetic joke.
