When I click the 'View more Emoticons' I get following error in the popup:

Well it shouldnt....
turn it to FALSE
and see if the error still shows.

What version are you using? Is it Patched? I'm surprised functions_post.php is calling page_header.php directly, esp since its missing the .php extension too
