7.0 Patched Version 2.3 Issues

Hiya

The new 2.3 update from chatserv uses

Code:

if (stristr($_SERVER["QUERY_STRING"],'%20union%20')) header("Location: index.php");

in the mainfile.php

I am still using

if (stristr($_SERVER["QUERY_STRING"],'%20union%20')) {
$loc = $_SERVER['QUERY_STRING'];
header("Location: hackattempt.php?$loc");
die();
}

Should I revert back to new code in 2.3 or should I continue to use my existing code?
