redeclare gethost() error

I have made a fresh install. Tried to access admin features for kisgb-nuke module and get the following error message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare gethost() (previously declared in C:\minixampp\htdocs\raven7\modules\kisgb-nuke\functions.php:95) in C:\minixampp\htdocs\raven7\modules\kisgb-nuke\functions.php on line 95

I am using Apache 2.0.48, MySQL 4.0.18, PHP 4.3.4 on a Windows OS. Globals Off.

Any ideas?

So are you saying that kisgb-nuke was working and then you reinstalled nuke or kisgb-nuke or both?

I decided to start all over again and reinstalled Raven's v7.0 Customized Distro. This time no error messages.
