How to change the background on theme?

Right now I want to get into editing my theme and it's colors. I want to change the background in my Sunset theme. It's a bright orange and would like to change it to what this guy has on his site (http://www.thedjgroove.com/ ) , the black and grey lines.

Or even just changing the background to another soild color.

How would I go about doing this?

From what I gathered it will be in header.html or theme.php.
