Making changes to Fisubice theme

I'd like to make some minor changes to the Fisubice theme mainly where it has the links for Home- Downloads- Your Account etc right under the header. What I want to do is change the links to other modules, I've checked the header.html but don't see the links, I do see $navMenu but I'm not sure where this is pointing too. Is it possible to make these changes?

Or like my version it might be in themes/fisubice/header.html starting on or around line 12.
