seeking: Exam or Training module

I'm looking for a module that could be used for online exams/tests. The admin would allow you to define articles and multiple choice question/answer sets, and potentially link answers with new questions. For example: The exam starts with question #1 has answers A, B, and C. When answer A is chosen, it leads you to question 2. But B leads you to question #3, and C goes to question #4. Any of these questions may contain information pertaining to the subject ahead of the question.

Another useful feature would be to provide either a pass/fail status at the end, and/or a list of topice/categories where review is needed (a summary of the incorrect answers).

I looking to apply this in two completely different ways: 1) As a simple site-based exam tool to evaluate a student mastery of a topic, and 2) as a way to lead someone in thinking through a topic online.

Kissoftware has a nice quiz module. It doesn't offer *everything* you are looking for, but pretty close. Here is a link that describes it's features:
