Today I was seaching for a "PN to phpnuke converter" on google to see if there was something that could save me some time in switching from PN_Phoenix to NSN Nuke.

This is the first time I've noticed this and providing they have the time to manage the legal end of it sounds like a great step forward. On the other hand there is a lot of room for abuse.
