Hello all, my website has gone down with this error showing on the front page....

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

after checking my sub domain folder I find the folder has no permissions at all???? is this something the host has done??? or is this some kind of hack?? I have my main domain there with other sub domain folders and they are totally fine and I have total access to them etc.

thanks for any help all
