This error indicates that either a table is missing or the SQL clause accessing the table is calling for an incorrect number of columns. What is line 53?

Per your post: mysql_numrows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/ps2onlin/public_html/blocks/block-Event_Countdown.php on line 53

Ok I have it working but I have one small problem... when I decide to change or add something I have to delete the exsisiting countdown block or deactivate it... Is this just the way it is with the countdown?

Are you using a pop-up blocker?

Still sounds like the popup blocker. Disable it completely and try the chat.

Yeah I have tried totally disabling my pop up blocker and have also installed a newer version of the chat, as the older one was doing same thing... it is doing this with other users at my site as well... when someone selects "Let's go" it will show them in the chat room but no chat window opens... please feel free to take a look>

If you do a right mouse click on the Let's Go link and select open in new window, does that work?

Yeah it just does the same thing I have found a FAQ about it maybe you can help me Raven or anyone else... does enabling the java script going to be in my browser or at my site server? Here is the FAQ....> Make shure to have switched off popup blockers and activated JavaScripting. Most modern browser have the ability to block popus. This should prevent from unwanted adverts. Also there exists more programs to block advertisments by blocking popups. Some antiviral software does it too. How to deactivate the blocker, please read the docu of the depending blocking software.

You have JS enabled or nuke wouldn't be working Smile. Just to convince yourself, save this script to test.html and run it in your browser
Code:
<script>alert('Hello World');</script>

I have installed SP Chat on several sites and it works really well so I don't believe it's SP Chat. Although I haven't gotten the most recent build, so maybe there is a bug.

This is driving me crazy...lol.. I am able to access other SP Chat rooms at other sites... I'm gonna post at nuke cops and see if anyone else has had this type issue.... I also sent my server an e-mail stating the problem... I appreciate your time and effort Raven... this site is the first place I come when I have a problem, keep up the great work...

Have you tried removing the database tables and files and reinstalling from scratch? Also, make sure that there is not an entry in your popup blocker's file that is blocking it, just in case.

I found out the problem was from an additional "Live Score" block I use... by moving the block from the left to the right it eliminated the issue with my SP Chat...

I would also try to change the preset spchat admin settings to:

Message refresh time (milliseconds) = 5000
Time to delete idle chatter/messages (secs) =180
Number of messages shown on first join =10

If you have a Sports Block running, and it's on the left side,
move it to the right side.
I did that and it fixed my similar problem... Laughing
