No, Josh. Your deal was that you would donate the $50 if I fixed your site. I fixed it, you haven't paid me, so I removed the fixes. You verbally (in writing) offered to pay for a service. If you neglect to pay then the services are null and void.

I forgive you, but that is not the issue. You need to understand that this is a very serious matter. Your parents can be held liable for these things. I would suggest that you sit down and discuss this matter with them.

Hello, Raven. I am Josh's mother, Melisa. Although I have no idea about computers and how they work. I do see that Josh has offered you $50.00 for work he did on a website. I don't know anything about this. But I know you did fix it for him, and he gave you no money. I do realize that that is very bad. I can assure you, that won't happen again. He is being punished for this matter. He will be grounded for a long time. When, If he is allowed back on the internet I can make it so he can't get on your site again, if you would like. As a mom, I know that that was very wrong to do. I would ask you as mom to mom ( if your a mom ) that since you took your work away. That you leave this matter be and that he don't get in any legal trouble, nor do I or his dad. Im sorry we don't have the money to pay you for your services. We are very poor. We live king of pay check to check. So I don't have the money. But when, or if he does get to be aloud on the computer again. I don't know if he can help you in some way. But I will make him if he can. I hope that you can forgive him in this matter, and leave it behind. Please reply to this, and tell me if you would like him off your site from now on. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

Obviously I have no way of knowing if your are his mom or just Josh, again. To be truthful, the message seems contrived.

In any event, Josh is not banned, nor do I want Josh banned. The nuke community has many good people that give of their time and talents, freely, to help others. Before offering a financial renumeration, next time just ask.
