NSN Center Block and Nuke 7.6 Patched 3.1

Hi,

I need help getting the Bottom portion of the NSN Center Block to display. Currently, it only shows linked to any module on my menu. For example, If I launch admin.php, whatever was supposed to be displayed at the bottom part of the NSN Center block is displayed on top ot the admin.php file.

I have modified the footer.php as follows. Please note that removing the quotes around "Down" does not change anything.
Also, instead of using
($home == 1), I kept the new patched 3.1 naming.

Another thing: Although the upgrade to 2.2 was successful and that I uploaded the image file, it is still showing 2.1.1.

Note: The Center Block displays fine !
