Delete everything. Redownload the 7.6pl2.9 from my site. It contains the phpbb2.0.13 upgrade. See if admin works. If it does, install NukeSentinel. See if admin still works.

Raven it is not the admin. It is only when I try to put News into home... the original post was on admin and that was fixed. My last and only problem is News in home declaring "you cannot access this file directly."

The theme you are using has files for the News module and neither had been adapted for Nuke Patched, they are now. Delete the superuser account you created for me.
