Someone I Need Your Help Cachelite And Jpcache Causing...

hi i installed jpcache and cachelite onb my nuke 7.6 distro something gone really weired with my site when i started adding downloads.
i have nukestyles edl 2.1 when i create a category i get

that did not seem to fix it, also how can i stop my login box cache, i am currenly trying jpcache, first i though it was because i had jpcache and cachelite running together but edl seems to show that error its like its cache something but i dont know what.

what would you say best for cache or can they be used together or is one better then the other.
