Trouble- can't make new blocks

Hi All,

I'm having troubles making new blocks... I installed most of the NSN Suite of addons and thought someone else that has them might have encountered this problem and could help. I'm guessing it has something to do with the center blocks addon and that it has somehow taken control.

I can get any block to work as long as it is activated through center blocks admin. The regular blocks admin doesn't create new blocks when I tell it to. I'm paranoid that if I deactivate or delete a block from the regular blocks that it won't work again later if I try to reactivate it.

I don't want to have all of my blocks squeezed into the center column what can I do? Has this happened to any body else and does anyone know how to fix such a problem?
