template or forwarding url question

Is there already a default template with Sentinel that the culprit is taken to after Sentinel stops them, or do we have to make our own and upload it, and if so where do we upload it to?

As far as i can tell if you select default page they will be sent to a ÿou have been banned" type page, if you use forward you must either enter the url of an existing site of simply create a page and use that, upload it anywhere and enter the url as the forward address.
