Incomplete MSN code in usercp_viewprofile.php

At approx line 169 the MSN lines appear as:

The MSN Icon does not display when viewing a users profile. Here is a sample of The Yahoo code adjacent to it:

I thought this had been corrected some time ago, so I checked in my recent download of Ravenuke 2.40.1 and the file is not even present. downloaded 2.40.00, also not present.

If I was to do a complete install, what download would be the appropriate one?
