Hi, I tried looking on how to fix this but with no luck. I have ravennuke installed already and did it many times but I never installed 2.4 and it seems the install is different then before.

Everything is fine but when I click the button that says "run raveninstaller" I get
Code:
Warning: Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated in /home/content/s/y/n/myserver/html/test/INSTALLATION/classes/dbMysql.class.php on line 42

everything else says it was Successfully but at the end it also says

Code:
Warning: settype() [function.settype]: Invalid type in /home/content/s/y/n/myserver/html/test/INSTALLATION/classes/dbMysql.class.php on line 42

Any idea what this can be ? I tried many ways to fix this by checking google along with php_flag allow_call_time_pass_reference On and some other call_time commands in php.ini none seem to fix this problem.

Thanks

Try to set allow_call_time_pass_reference to true in your php.ini and restart php. I would also turn error reporting off in php.ini.

I looked on google and found the same thing. I put this line in my php.ini. I am useing godaddy and I was told they reset there files every 24 hours which I waited more then 2 days and still nothing.

Is there a more easy way to restart php from useing godaddy? I checked every where and tried just about eveything.

syn333, If your site installed I would not worry about those warnings. They are only dealing with "destroying" a class object. It should be of no consequence to your installation.

Hi, thank you very much for getting back so fast. Your right and everything seems to be running great now besides that warning.

Thanks
