Hi all, for some time now I have had a Buy, sale and wanted forum on my site for people to display various fishing tackle items.
Basically what happened was people were just registering to use a free resource and not really contribute to the site in anyway Sad

I have had a thought where if I had some kind of module where the member had to pay a £ / $ to place an add it could help fund my site.

Is there such a module knocking about anywhere?

Is there something similer?

thanks for any idea`s all..

The advertising module could do that. Place your paypal buy it now code in the advertising module admin when you set up the prices and plans. You can create any number of ad locations for your site.

Here is a how to to add them in the forum header.

Basically I am looking for something where members can only place adds within a forum once and to get that access they have to pay a £ / $ etc.
My buy, sale, wanted forum has become very popular so I wanted to keep that side of things.
Cheers and thanks for the idea`s
