Do you know what can cause that I cannot add new admins to the site?
In the "Administration Menu > Edit Admin > Add a New Administrator" -panel I fill all needed information but when I submit it, it shows only a blank page.
After that, same "admin menu" shows that no new logins were added. When I scan admins with nuke sentinel tool, same resut (no new admins found).

Turn on error reporting and see if any errors occur. I would also try to eliminate a theme issue by using a default RavenNuke theme and see if it works.
