I have had 2 people register since the upgrade to 2.40. I have it set to manually approve users. When I try to activate, or approve, I get an error 500 page. I have only seen this error when trying to get new users activated/approved. all else seems to be working on the site.

I just tested it on my test site and it seems to be working. Just to eliminate a theme issue, try using one of the default themes with RN and see if it works. If that does not work, enable error reporting and see if any errors pop up.

It's hard to say without looking at the theme. I would look for any use of $dbi in the theme.php and I would also look for a coded in search box or anything that may be different from the included themes.

Also check your theme for compliance, some compliance errors can cause havoc in your final HTML output.

n/m got it sorted by copying the forums folder out of my old theme folder.

for the most part, looks like the only issue now is, in some browsers the header below the navbar is not centered. its far to the right. It works in IE, it does not work in iphone safari and I have a user saying it is off in his firefox as well. Where is the code for the navbar? im hoping a

echo '<br>';
will fix it.

Thanks again you guys.

Code:
<div style="margin:auto;">

That put the navbar way to the right, and its still off in safari.

I added
Code:
echo '<br><br><br>';

before $titlenav and ie, firefox and safari all display correctly now. I know its weird, but it works
