IS this for a Nuke site or some other app?
Recaptcha is an easy to use solution for a webform and has been intergrated into some types of Nuke (Not RN...it uses an internal captcha)

To stop spammers everywhere in PHP-Nuke, I use bbantispam or Advanced Textual Confirmation, which launches a question the first login, but not afterwards. You can translate questions also to your language. I have not had a single spam in over 2 years since I installed it. To get protection everywhere in PHP-Nuke the installation code must be put in config.php.
