Hello again,

I have a Your Account problem on my Online Space:

"There seems to be a problem connecting to the server.

Check with the System Administrator for the server status.

Also, there seems to be a problem connecting to the database.

If you are the System Administrator and installing this for the first time,
did you remember to create your database first?

Also, there seems to be a problem with the System Configuration Table - it's missing.
MySQL is Reporting

Table 'DBxxxxxxx._config' doesn't exist
If you are the System Administrator and installing this for the first time"

Tables are in the db , i have checked it.

If i will change some thing in the Userconfiguration about the ACP, i will get this Error and if i must agree as User the TOS i get it again.

I think its a prefix error.

I have overwrite the YA Modules and get the error again.

Here you can seen what i mean:

Those errors mean that the settings in your config.php file are not able to connect to the database. Verify that the db name and the db user are correct and prefixed by your cpanel name if you are using cpanel. Then make sure that your passwords are the same.

And are you sure that when you are editing any files before you upload them, like config.php and rnconfig.php, that you aren't saving them with utf-8 with BOM?

Not sure I am on the right track here, but please verify that the issue is only with the Edit Users function within the admin. It looks to me like your DB config settings have to be correct as you came from another page that was able to connect and load the page... We need to know exactly what it is you are clicking on to get to this page because this works fine for us.

Would you also try this please: see if you can get past the registration of a new user (not through admin, but through the normal user registration).

I have a sneaky suspicion this is either a corrupted file or maybe your server is somehow blocking the AJAX components.

Ok, so that does sound more and more to me like a server configuration and possibly a PHP function is being blocked by your host. I suspect that our AJAX component may not be returning the proper error message but that is only a "hunch" at the moment.

It is not a database connection issue. The AJAX components should be using the same config.php values.

Question, is this site in a subdomain or in a sub-directory lower than your domain's web root?

I have a rent space. In the Main Folder i have (root)

7 folders, one is the cgi folder.

5 are sites root folders and in the last are 7 site root folders

The domains are linked to the site root folders.

Thats mean:

The the site roots are the domain roots, too

That page will only come up if the settings in config.php are not correct. I'm not arguing with you but just explaining the logic in the program. Somewhere, something is not exactly the same. If you are using capital letters in your MySQL naming conventions, are you also capitalizing the like variables in config.php? Are you sure you haven't mistakenly switched the dbuname and dbname; I have done this so many times I've lost count! In fact, it just happened last night when I did an install for a new client Laughing. Did you remember to add the dbuser to the database after creating it?

If none of these suggestions help, please PM to me the following:
cPanel URL, ID, and Password
MySQL URL (if no cPanel), Database Name, User Name, User Password
FTP URL, FTP User, and FTP Password
User, NukeSentinel, and God Admin ID's and Passwords
