Im installing v1.1 on php nuke 8.1 but when i go to check ipn, all i get is this:

No that is a different CMS, but there is a phpNuke version available. |

OK disregard that!... however please help me with this...

Have you put your paypal ipn url in? Also there is a config file in the module that you have to put you database information in. Check to be sure it is correct. |

Where do i put this elusive ipn url? 
All of the database info is 100% correct.. I changed a few settings to make sure and got different errors about the information being incorrect. |
