I seem to have lost the ability for members to change themes... the icon has vanished from the "Your Account" page.

Is there a setting for this somewhere that I have overlooked, that allows or denies members the ability to change themes? Can't find anything in the prefs... only the master default theme selector is there, and it is working as it should.

There is a setting in YA admin that you changed.
