testing ravennuke using Xampp

hello just wondering if some one can tell me why i cant access my test site from inside my lan ? if i forward port 80 in router to rig its on i can access it using my real ip here is why it says when i try on the machine its on typing in

in rnconfig.php set

$bypassNukeSentinelInvalidIPCheck = true;
