Changed the God password, clicked save and the nuke-author block page came up. But .. the password was successfully changed. What's with this? Was it because I didn't make any changes other than the pw?

No, it is because upon editing an admin password you are redirected to an admin function. This is usually fine except when you change your own password because you are automaticlly logged out. Sentinel thinks you are trying to illegally access the admin area.
I'll change the redirection to point to admin.php instead of admin.php?op=authors (or what ever it is) so this won't be a problem in the next release. This has been an outstanding issue. I will make sure it is taken care of for the next release. |

Good enough, thanks - reasonable explanation.
Cheers
Being that I own/admin the server it's no problem to re-instate the account, just a PIA .. |

If you have your ip protect via sentinel you shouldn't have to reinstate yourself. |
