Check to see that your .htaccess and .staccess files are set with permissions of 777 during installation. See this line from the prepinstallfiles.html that is in the HowToInstall directory:

Quote:
Lastly, if on a *nix host, use your FTP client to change the permissions on the <strong>.htaccess</strong>, <strong>.staccess</strong>, and <strong>ultramode.txt</strong> files to 777. These permissions are required now in order to complete the installation and setup; once the installation and setup are complete, we will change these back to something more secure.

The problems you are seeing are generated down around line 200 of ABMain.php in the /admin/modules/nukesentinel directory and possibly could be caused by not having correct permissions or by something else being wrong with the setup of htaccess.

You might want to go right back through the HowToInstall directions and double check everything.

You should not need to delete the tables ... I don't think. Just correct the permissions on the files and the program should detect them. At least try that first.
