Hey guys I am getting this error once I press send after email verification.
Something screwed up... don't you hate that?
I am not sure what happens. Username is in the temp table. It sends the email verification. Takes me to my username information. I hit the Save changes. The error comes up Something Screwed up... don't you hate that?
Then I check the temp the temp user is gone and the main user is not in the users table. I am not sure what is going on. This was upgraded from 2.20.01 to 2.30.01 |

Actually I did fix it. I had to turn off strict mode in mysql. |

So you're telling me that either MySQL or PHP is issuing an error message that says
Something screwed up... don't you hate that? |

Pretty sure it is being produced by Nuke, it is generated by Your Account and is defined in the language files. |

Then we need to get that removed . On behalf of RavenNuke(tm), I apologize. I would never have allowed that had I been aware. |

Please. You should probably add a note to check for other nonsensical defines. Thanks! |

Hey raven. The reason why I even came across this error is because my mysql is running utf8 and originally this nuke version was hosted on another mysql server that was running latin1. Is there a simple way of changing this so it is all the same??? I am not familiar with doing this. Also if I do change this to match what the current mysql uses will there be issues that I will run into???? That is the whole reason of taking the mysql off strict mode so it would work. Any help with this would be greatly appriciated. THANKS in Advance!!!! |

I personally would inquire about getting your account switched over to latin. |

I own the web box. I am just wondering if I do switch that over what all involves in that. I just dont want to mess up many of my members accounts. Is it as simple as going in an picking a different one like latin1 in each table or would that cause other issues down the road? Also why is Latin1 seem to be the standard over UTF8 ?? |
