Hello All,
I am seeking a center chat block that has a few items.
1. Recognize logged in Nuke Users
2. Allow Anonymous users to post by entering a nick name before post.
3. Nuke Admin capable of banning user and deleting posts
4. Doesnt refresh entire page constantly, only chat block
5. pretty easy to install without a lot of manipulation.
I have searched for a while and cannot find a chat block like this, I have found some that have all these features, but as a module, wont display the chat in center block, only stats.
Im currently using a Shout Box, but it refreshes the entire page every time you enter a shout, which is pretty rough with a embedded video on the page.
Im using Nuke 7.9 patched currently, (Yes I know Raven is MUCH better, I agree, but I dont have the experience to modify things all the time to work with it, plus I HAVE to have a shopping cart such as OSC2NUKE) So, until I get better with code, and ability to write things, Im stuck with the main stream nuke platform. Nuke 7.9 is preinstalled and supported by my host. Anything else I install Im on my own.

You might try flashchat, it might be on phpnuke-downloads not sure if it has every feature but it has the block functionality which is a definate plus.
flash chat 4.61 (No center block chat room, module, new window only)
123flashchat (no center block chat room, module, new window only)
since lack of info about them, I had to pay suscription money to download and try, only to find out they wouldnt do what I need. So im out $30. between the two and they wont work fo me. Kind of sucks to pay for downloads when there isnt good enough info about the download..... Dont really know what your getting. Owell, I understand bandwidth isnt free, but I sure got ripped.
Anyway, any other ideas appreciated.
I know I have seen some, but its been a while, and cant remember what sites they were on. If you know of any sites with a nice center block chat, let me know, I can contact the site and see where they got it.

We don't usually recommend allowing anonymouse users to post because of the risk of spam, but you could ask over at NukeCoder, it might not be that difficult to alter.
Thanks,
Yes, i would agree, but this is going to be a controlled environment, will be with the scheduling system duck made for us, and will only be turned on 2 hours at a time, 3 times a week, and will have a couple admin logged in at same time. So we should be OK. If not we can re evaluate.
But for a typical site to have the anonymouse post would probably be a bad idea Im sure, probably why most chat systems wont allow it.
