Sorry to revive an old post, but for the new comers this is an easy fix...
The default install of the CT_RN theme points to the image in the (./themes/CT_RN/forums/images/icon_delete.gif) folder. To fix this, just move the graphic "icon_delete.gif" to the "lang_english folder"; one more level down.
So the correct path or location of the .GIF file is: ./themes/CT_RN/forums/images/lang_english/icon_delete.gif
Hope this helps...
The "icon_search.gif" is also missing. It is just not there. If you want to correct this, create or find one, call it "icon_search" and place it in the same directory: (./themes/CT_RN/forums/images/lang_english/icon_search.gif)
