Do you have any custom modules or blocks installed? If not, it is a pretty easy thing to do following the upgrade instructions included. Did you install your original website? If you did, I think you could handle doing the upgrade yourself. You can always install a program called xampp on your computer and test install everything there to make sure you know exactly how to do it and the upgrade before attempting to do it on your "live" website. With xampp you can even take a backup of your existing website and install it on your computers xampp setup to make it as close to the same as possible. That way all bugs (if there is any at all) are known and you can search for answers.
Just an idea over paying someone to do it. If you try the xampp program and just can't get on to how to do it, then I would look for someone to help. Core group of people here use it to test out setups before going live with anything.
If you don't think you could do this, then there is a section in these forums called For Hire, and I am sure someone would try to help you out..... |

You can also read the HowToInstall included with RN 2.3 which will give you an idea of what upgrading involves.
It is easy for me to say it is 'really easy' but I have done it numerous times. |

You can check out xampp at apachefriends.org.... As Guardian says, have done many installs and it is easy, but we are kind of use to it, so it may not be as easy for yourself. There are always helpful people around though..... |
