I have downloaded this update, but it contains no import data and just a nsnst_installer folder with contents and nsnst.php. Do anyone knows the use of this update?

As per the README.txt file:
Code:
Section 2: Installation:
------------------------
Extract archive to temp dir and copy included as noted below (and chmod if shown):
(root/ means your nuke root directory)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
LICENSE.txt (do not upload, NukeSentinel(tm) License)
README.txt (do not upload, your reading it)

Uploading Files:
----------------
NukeSentinel(tm) Files in Directories:         FTP Upload to:
html/nsnst_installer/*.*     ----------------> root/nsnst_installer/*.*
html/nsnst.php               ----------------> root/nsnst.php
sql/*.*                      ----------------> do not upload, See IMPORT_SQL.txt for info.
* root = the root directory of your site.

Then run nsnst.php, slect the update option and click "Submit". Once it completes thru part 9 you can delete the files from your server.

Thanks. This new type of upgrade did not work, as well as the old one. I got blank page very often and had to remake the upgrade. I guess blank page is due to timeout of 30 seconds that my web hotel has. Maybe it is better to use phpMyAdmin and the sql-files for the upgrade in the future?

I have just tested IP2Country_2008-07-25 and this upgrade worked perfectly. No problem at all.
