LOL, I looked at it for all of 5 minutes. And it was funny because in those 5 minutes I found at least two security problems. |

Ah, this partly explains the PR5 (125+ inbound links) - he bought the domain which was already being used;

maybe, how much do you have to change before it's your work
i mean at the end of the day who came up with button images for links, i guess we stole that to, thats the way things work, most things are based on a selected fews visions i guess. |

for German Nuke users.
I only wondered who translated the admin message so perfectly. But I quess he didn´t know that the German Nuke community is nearly death and a few quys who knows whats going on will definitely recommend other CMS but not smeego.

Only reason people still use Nuke is because of people like us, that's it. He ran Nuke into the ground and people would be STUPID to follow him again. This is so dumb it makes my head hurt. All I can say is awful, simply awful. |

I find it absolutely hilarious that he is redistributing his own product which he sold the rights to (nuke) as Smeego in breach of his own licensing terms by removing phpnukes copyrights and credits.
That man has so much integrity lol.
It does create an interesting situation though. If you remove nukes copyrights and the new owner complains, you could potentially claim it is Smeego not nuke you are using and vis-versa.
Ultimately people will use whatever Google gives them via a search, we still get people here posting their newly installed nuke 8.1 issues which they paid for <sigh> though thankfully that is very much in decline. |

Well put, technocrat. Sad, but true.

Funny...the timing of the sale of PHP-Nuke seems awfully coincidental...
Please consider carefully before responding: thoughts on approaching the new owner to discuss resolving the issues with PHP-Nuke (license, open development, support, etc.)? |

It seems to me that if you approached about existing issues, it would end up being raven nuke. What exactly did you have in mind. |

If they were smart they would attach themselves to my package or raven's package and not reinvent the wheel. But we shall see. |

the same topic i saw somewhere old crap with full of bug .... i wonder.... if FB learned something...new for his "Smeego". Worst part is.. he doesn't read members' Feedback/comments. But he is fortunate to send email whenever he wants with the excuse that I registered once in 2004 or 2005
Next few years.. he might sell Smeego and come up with a new name arghhhhh ... good business though |

Did you know that in most countries it is illegal to send emails regarding a certain website while people never registered nor approved to receive emails?
And that it is illegal to hand over email addresses from one website to the other without the email owner his approval?
In that respect we might team up and consider it as spam!
So, to me the first post already proved nothing has changed in the Puke Smeego community of FB |

First impression of SMEEGO ... Not impressed and rather disappointed coming from Fransisco. Installation is a nightmare as /domain/install/ goes right back to /domain/index.php and had to copy over an existing authors table to smeego_authors in order to login as admin ... not good.
Sentinel doesn't install either ...
Cheers |

Maybe FB is Smeegol thinking about "My precious", but still didn't figure out the one to rule them all. |
