Feed validation - Implausible date: foo

I got from feed validator:
This feed is valid, but interoperability with the widest range of feed readers could be improved by implementing the following recommendations.

Quote:

line 8, column 54: Implausible date: Mon, 10 Mar 2008 17:24:51 -0500

<lastBuildDate>Mon, 10 Mar 2008 17:24:51 -0500</lastBuildDate>

The most sites I ve checked have this problem.
An example and how to change this is in includes/feedcreator/feedcreator. class.php

This is just old and shouldn´t be used:

define("TIME_ZONE","-05:00");

Why not just change the define to "" ?

Yes thats what I use instead.
Its a pitty I had an interesting bookmark about this issue but I lost it.

Thats my bookmarked link but its written in German. There are 3 examples which last build date will validate and a short statement why define("TIME_ZONE","-05:00"); doesn´t work.
I know there are many more sites which explains RSS date, DC dat, RSS format, RSS history etc., etc. but I found it helpful:
