Although I don't use that application usually there are 2 places you need to check. The first place would be in the table that holds the information (possibly the USERS table). Check the size of the signature field and increase as desired. Then, check/edit the script that contains the form input and you may need to alter the size and/or maxlength attributes of the input statement.
