Extract the contents of the Sentinel archive to somewhere on your PC. There are brief instructions in there about what to upload and where to put it I believe.
Update* Ive upgraded Sentinel to the newest version stepping up from 08 to 09 to 10. Now that I have imported the IP2Country files in the import folder to my nuke directory, do I need to do anything else? I go to the Sentinel admin panel and Click Import and gives a list of coutries and when I click on one the page loads the following url but keeps refreshing without displaying anything.. Normal or not?

Quess you used IE.I prefer Firefox to import countries.Did you clicked on the first country or not ? Normally you Žll see short messages after each country is added e.g. Zambia added Everything seems to have completed succesfully
Maybe you only need to scroll down a bit to see those messages.
