this is a local install on a wamp setup and am doing an upgrade from rn20202
PHP 5.2.0
MySQL 5.0.27
phpMyAdmin - 2.9.0.3
so far the upgrade went well everything has seemed to install "successfully" untill i got to step 6 Upgrade IP2County Tables which i have 2 questions about :
1) if i ran step 5 Upgrade NukeSentinel(tm) Tables "successfully" do i still need to run the ip2c update ? ( my previous version was 242pl5..)

2) when i "go to"

i get whats supposed to be the installSQL.php page but as fast as it loads it reloads to a 404 not found.

is this a local install/upgrade issue most likely ? or a file transfer issue from overwriting via copy and paste over rn 20202 ?
