Under forum and my profile, you can select 3 different languages
English
German
German (Formal)
Is this as it should be?

Yes its correct for the ravennuke testsite. 
If you use an other forums language you need to upload your specific language there. |

The form of address "You" is in English just "You" but in German its different "Sie" (German Formal) and "Du". |

Ah right, I did do a year of German at school, but that was over 15 years ago. |
