i've found a free script that hides referer with instructions on installing it on your own web server.
Only registered users can see links on this board!

spoofurl.com works much better, it doesn't require the stupid ? after the URL.

So spoofurl.com/ravenphpscripts.com instead of hiderefer.com/?ravenphpscripts.com

They also have a script which when you include it in your site, will automatically rewrite all of your URLs for you, very cool.
