After a recent upgrade to 2.5.2, I came to find out that NukeSentinel will prevent users from accessing a NukeSentinel site -- without (the option of) notifying the admin.
In particular, if NukeSentinel determines that a user is coming from an "Invalid IP", the user will not be able to access the website; furthermore, the admin will not know that NukeSentinel took action against the user's IP.
There's that saying about a tree falling on a squirrel in the forest ...
