OK i think my host is up to some shadey stuff or something because i double checked that everything wasn't working before i sent another ticket in. and like usual all the errors were still there. so i sent them a respose ticket
They send me a response:

and you have seen the installations for pass17
here is a thread i made at script maker's forums and had 2 (TWO) experts with that script and PHP look over the installation. and i had one of them attempt to install and it still did not work.

now we ALL think it is server related. and i still believe you guys editted something on pass17 to cause these errors. |

it just as magically fixed itself as it had magically messed up!
this is the first time something weird/shadey like this has happened with my host because i have been with for nearly 2 years straight now... |

im glad i didnt......
i can remember in my younger days i saw a soap called another world,....and sky ways...an aussie soap...saw both for a a month or so...kicked it after that..
it seems that if you watch it to long you lose every touch of reality.... |
