I have a new issue since upgrading to 7.6 patched 3.1. When someone submits news and I preview it and post it, it disappears, it does not show up in the db or anything. It does not matter if you are logged in or anonymous.

Double-check the upgrade installation steps. It sounds like something was skipped.

I do not beleive anything was skipped because all I upgraded was the patch version. Everything else seems to be working, Journal, forums, reviews, feedback, recommend us.

Have you tried posting news without any HTML tags - just text?

I am not sure what you mean by pre-edited, i just downloaded the files then uploaded them to my site.

I have tried re-uploading the module, uploading various submit news modules such as nuke_styles sbmit_news, N-submitter 76 by chatserve nothing works. Any other suggestion?

You might want to upgrade to patch 3.2 instead and test that on this.
